Supporter Package

Iridex is free and stays free: every module works on the free plan and there are no server limits. The Supporter Package adds a few extras to one server and helps keep the project running.

What Supporter adds

• Custom commands: your own slash commands with your own replies.
• Sticky messages: keep a message at the bottom of a channel.
• Settings backup: snapshot a server's settings and restore them later.
• Bot identity: give Iridex its own nickname, avatar and bio in your server.
• DM All: send a message to every member, keep saved drafts, and remove a sent broadcast again.
• A Supporter badge on your profile.

How it applies

Supporter is a per-server package, not an account-wide plan: it unlocks the modules above for one server at a time, not your whole account. An admin can buy it for as many servers as they manage, and can transfer a subscription to a different server once a week. Prices and the current offer are on the Store.

Getting Supporter

Open the Store, log in with Discord, pick the server to subscribe and choose monthly or yearly. The server is upgraded as soon as the payment is confirmed, and the extra modules appear in its dashboard. You can manage, transfer or cancel it from the Servers tab of your account menu whenever you want. Supporter is also available as a Discord server subscription bought directly from Discord (Server Settings → Apps) - that works independently of the Store subscription, so having one doesn't cancel or interfere with the other.

What happens if it ends

Nothing is deleted. That server's settings, saved messages and backups stay where they are. The Supporter-only modules simply stop running and turn back on if the server resubscribes, so there is no pressure to keep it and no penalty for pausing.

Who gets it

Any admin of the server can manage its Supporter Package from the Servers tab, but the package itself belongs to the server, not to whichever admin bought it. You can hold Supporter on more than one server at once, each billed separately.

Giveaways and rewards

The Iridex Support server runs a Supporter giveaway each time it reaches a member milestone (every 100 members, and permanent Supporter every 1,000), posted in its announcements channel. Other servers do not run these. Watch the updates and the support server to catch them.

Why it exists

Iridex is built and run by a very small team. Supporter pays for hosting, the database and the time it takes to keep everything fast and safe. The free plan stays complete on purpose: you should never need to pay to run a healthy server.
